I hope you’re well. I’m writing to invite you to a meeting on Monday at 11am at the Federal City/Algiers Development District Auditorium at 2485 Guadalcanal St inside Federal City to discuss the Reforestation Master Plan that SOUL has created for Orleans Parish. This document lays out a vision for how to replant the tree canopy that our city has lost. There is an opportunity to include the Whitney community in the plan regarding a planting strategy, and I would like to tell you more about this, get your feedback, and answer any questions that you may have.
