The NOMTOC Parade rolls each year on the Saturday before Mardi Gras, starting in Walnut Bend at the corner of Holiday Drive and Fiesta. Walnut Bend has the honor of making the first parade toast to the King and Queen.

The 2011 NOMTOC toast to King NOMTOC XLI  and his Queen featured a reviewing stand that included Councilmember Kristin Palmer, Rep. Jeff Arnold, and NOPD 4th District Commander Heather Kouts.  Hail NOMTOC!
