NOPD FOURTH DISTRICT RESCHEDULES MEETING DATE FOR AUGUST APAC MEETING

NEW ORLEANS—Today, the 4TH District NOPD announced the following change in the schedule for its August monthly Algiers Police Advisory Committee (APAC) meeting.

The APAC meeting that was originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 13, 2015. The APAC meetings will resume its regular schedule for the 2 nd Wednesday in the month of September 2015 details will be forthcoming.

About APAC APAC meetings, led by the senior leadership of each NOPD district, provide residents with an update on crime and police activity in the district as well as an opportunity to interface directly with the district commander. These meetings are held once a month and are open to the public.
