Fix My Streets Meeting – October 7th at Federal City

The Fix My Street Campaign will hold its 2nd City Wide Town Hall Meeting in Algiers at the Westbank YMCA at Federal City on Tuesday, October 7th, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The address is 2220 Constitution St., New Orleans, La 70114.

The campaign has asked Cedric Grant, Deputy Mayor and Head of the Sewerage and Water Board, to give a presentation on how the city will be handle fixing the streets of New Orleans. He recently gave this presentation to neighborhood leaders from all over the city at the Mayor’s 3rd Quarter Neighborhood Leaders Round table. It was impressive to see how much they have gotten done but even more impressive to see how they plan to assess the condition of all of the streets in the city.
This is a meeting you won’t want to miss!
If you would like your own Fix My Streets sign, the cost is $5.00. Contact yvonnemg@aol.com ot info@walnutbendno.org to get a sign.
